Flame was the first purebred foal bred by us.
He was foaled in 1997 and had such a wonderful disposition that we
decided to wait to geld him until he started to get "ornery", as we had never
had any experience in handling or housing stallions.

Fortunately, he remained friendly, gentle, and mannerly, and has turned out
to be a favorite riding horse for us and our riding students, as well as siring a
few very special foals.

Flame is busy being ridden and enjoyed, and is not available for outside
breeding.

He is pictured below with a few of the students he has helped teach the
basics of dressage:
